7. Shipping & Delivery
- Options: Standard and express shipping within Bangladesh and selected international destinations. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
- Estimates: Delivery windows are estimates only; delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or force‑majeure are beyond our control.
- Risk Transfer: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon receipt (or, for international shipments, upon handover to the carrier).
8. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds (summary – see the full Return & Refund Policy for details)
- 30‑day window for returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with proof of purchase.
- Non‑returnable items: custom‑made garments, final‑sale products, and items marked “non‑returnable”.
- Process: Email care@graylifestyle.shop to initiate a return; we’ll provide a prepaid label (where applicable). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after receipt of the returned goods.

9. Intellectual Property
- All Site content (logos, designs, photos, text, code, trademarks) belongs to GRAY Lifestyle or its licensors.
- You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to view and print content for personal, non‑commercial use.
- User‑Generated Content (reviews, photos, comments) grants us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Break any law or regulation.
- Infringe on the rights of others.
- Submit false or deceptive information.
- Harass, threaten, or defame anyone.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to harvest Site data.
Violations may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
15. Arbitration (Optional)
If you prefer an alternative dispute‑resolution method, you may elect to resolve any claim by binding arbitration administered by the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) under its rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and enforceable in any competent court.
16. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and GRAY Lifestyle concerning your use of the Site and purchase of products, superseding all prior communications.
18. Modifications
We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return or exchange products purchased from graylifestyle.shop and how refunds are processed. It works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order receipt or invoice is required.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
- Custom‑made or personalized garments.
- Final‑sale items clearly marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable”.
- Gift cards, digital downloads, and any product explicitly labeled as non‑returnable on the product page.
4. Return Process
- Contact Us – Email care@graylifestyle.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Authorization – We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Packaging – Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN on the outside of the package, and attach the prepaid label (if provided).
- Ship – Drop the package at the designated carrier (e.g., DHL, UPS, local post office).
If you use a carrier other than the one we provide, you are responsible for shipping costs.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. If the item meets the return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as requested.
6. Refunds
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 7‑10 business days after approval. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
7. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or style, indicate this in your return request. Once the original item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost (shipping fees apply only if the exchange is due to a change of mind).
8. Cancellations
